Baby Footprint
"Baby Footprint" is an extremely emotional personalized baby painting with 24K gold leaf, relief and acrylic on wood, created to seal the most precious memory – the baby's real footprints. This is a gift that is not just a decoration, but a real family heirloom: the little hands and feet remain in their exact size and become a golden symbol of a new beginning. It is ideal for the birth of a baby, a cake, a baptism, a first birthday, as well as as a gift painting for a newborn and an original gift for a baby – something that lasts a lifetime.
The painting is made using a special personal process: the footprints can be taken from 0 to 1 year and up. It is important that they are in real size so that I can repaint them exactly on the canvas/wooden base. The prints are made safely – with harmless paint (for example, water-based paints or a suitable, gentle paint), by lightly smearing the hands and feet and placing them on a sheet of paper, then letting them dry. Then the sheet with the prints is sent (or handed over) in real size, in order to take the exact shape and proportion and transfer it to the painting. The baby’s personal data can also be added to the work – name, date of birth, weight (kg), height (cm), and if desired, time of birth or a short message. Thus, the “Baby Print” literally becomes a golden start in life – a symbol of blessing, love and abundance for the little person.
This is a completely individual order – the size, colors, arrangement and inscriptions can be changed according to the interior and the client’s wishes. Each painting is 100% handmade and no two are exactly the same, because the prints are unique like the child themselves.
